(1) This Travel Fee is
applied towards the costs of domestic and international travel, including
air and ground transportation. There is only one $800 fee per family regardless
of the number of children hosted.
(2) This non-refundable Application Fee is also a per
family cost regardless of the number of children that are hosted.
