Kids Who Have A Host and Need an Adoptive Family

Aaron

LA Weekend MiraclesAaron, born in 1993, absolutely loves to talk about basketball and would love the opportunity to attend a Clippers game. He also enjoys other activities such as playing baseball and video games. Aaron is in the eighth grade and is very proud of his good grades. Math and reading are his favorite subjects. When asked what he would like to do when he grows up, he states that he would like to be a policeman. Aaron has very specific (and expensive) tastes when it comes to the type of car he would like to have one day, stating (without hesitation) "a Ferrari."

Aaron recently broke his arm but had the best time collecting signatures from friends! He will be the first person - broken limbs or no - to welcome you with a bear hug!

Aaron is currently being hosted by a family through Kidsave who is partnering to find him an adoptive family.

Deon

LA Weekend MiraclesDeon is a young man that may be small for his age but has a large personality. However, put him in a room with other kids or big groups of people and this is where he becomes a social butterfly. Deon loves to be active and therefore it can be hard to keep his interest for long periods of time but give him a skateboard or a computer and you will sure win his heart! Deon requires someone with a lot of love and patience and would do best in a home where he was a single child. Like many of the kids who grew up in foster care, he has been through a lot and therefore tends to have difficulties with trust. However, if you do not give up on him, with time he opens up to you and if you are lucky you will get to experience the joy in receiving one of his signature ear to ear smiles!
