Charlie, age 13, needs an adoptive family.

Charlie is an active 13-year-old who loves to be on the move. His favorite subject in school is recess, and he’s an avid soccer player. In fact, Charlie wants to be a professional soccer player when he grows up. He's also interested in traveling and seeing the world someday (preferably as a world-famous soccer player). Although he can be a little shy at first, with time, Charlie's kind personality shines through.
