LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Kidsave welcomes Ryan Mansour, Senior Managing Partner at Pacific Sands, to its Board of Trustees. Mansour brings more than two decades of experience in real estate investment, corporate leadership, and strategic growth, along with a deep personal commitment to helping children find permanent families.
As Senior Managing Partner at Pacific Sands, a Southern California-based real estate investment firm, Mansour oversees investment strategy and a portfolio of multifamily residential properties across several U.S. markets. His expertise in finance, governance, and long-term strategic planning will support Kidsave as the organization continues to expand programs that connect children and teens in foster care with permanent families and lasting supportive relationships.
Before joining Pacific Sands in 2016, he held leadership roles at Warner Bros. and began his career in brand management at Mattel. He launched his own real estate investments while earning his master’s degree at the University of Southern California. He also brings valuable nonprofit governance experience through his service on the Providence Trinity Care board and through several causes benefiting children, healthcare, and animals while running his family foundation.
Mansour’s connection to Kidsave’s mission is deeply personal. Adopted as a child, he knows firsthand how the love and stability of a permanent family can change a child’s future. That experience has fueled his commitment to helping children and teens in foster care find the same sense of belonging and opportunity.
