Cesar is a fun-loving 13-year-old who is friendly, creative, and communicative. He enjoys learning and building lasting friendships with new people he meets.
Outside of learning, Cesar likes to watch TV and listen to music. He will thrive in a one or two-parent household where he is either the only child or the youngest child with an older sibling.
